The work
A service website and enquiry landing page with a step-by-step form, optional invoice upload and email confirmation. The project also includes development of an internal tool for extracting invoice data with AI and OCR, with validation and manual review where needed.

Website and incoming enquiries
The website organises NexaPower’s solutions and target sectors and offers several contact options. The enquiry landing page guides visitors through their request details and lets them optionally attach an invoice.
The form work includes delivery to the recipient and an acknowledgement when an email address is provided. The confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not constitute a contract or a completed analysis.
Internal invoice tool
This is a separate development from the public website. It includes information extraction, structural checks and referral for manual review when data is missing or inconsistent.
